Borderline Personality Disorder: New Clinical Approaches

credits: nurses, 7.0 contact hours; physicians 7.0
American Medical Association Physician’s Recognition
Award (AMA PRA) and credit system Category 1 Credits;
and 7.0 for counselors, psychologists and social
workers.
Physicians
The Menninger Clinic is accredited by the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide
continuing medical education for physicians. The
Menninger Clinic designates this educational activity
for a maximum of 7.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the
extent of their participation in this activity.
Psychologists
The Menninger Clinic is approved by the American
Psychological Association to offer continuing education
for psychologists. The Menninger Clinic maintains
responsibility for this program and its content. This
conference is offered for 7.0 credits for psychologists.
Social Workers
The Menninger Clinic, Provider #CS3953, is approved by
the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners to
offer continuing education for social workers. This
conference is offered for 7.0 Continuing Education Units
for social workers licensed in Texas. We adhere to the
Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners Continuing
Education Guidelines.
Counselors
The Menninger Clinic is an NBCC-Approved Continuing
Education Provider (ACEPTM) and may offer NBCC-approved
clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The
ACEP is responsible for all aspects of the program. This
continuing education activity is available for 7.0 clock
hours.
Nurses
The Menninger Clinic is an approved provider of
continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses
Association, an accredited approver by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on
Accreditation. This activity provides 7.0 contact hours
meeting the Type 1 criteria for mandatory continuing
education requirements toward relicensure as established
by the Board of Nurse Examiners for
the State of Texas.
Addictions Counselors
This conference offers addiction professionals 7.0
general, continuing education hours as approved by The
Menninger Clinic, a TCBAP Standards Committee-approved
provider (No. 1741-06, expiration 07/2008) of continuing
education for addiction professionals. The Menninger
